What is the minimum time that I need to exercise?

Everyday are more studies attempting to measure the minimum time required to acquire all the benefits of training, compared to longer training.

The idea of 30 minutes a day has been replaced by interval training, where people exercise at a higher intensity and with little recovery time. In fact some studies even suggest workouts of 10 minutes.

Other studies have shown that this method can be well tolerated by different groups of people, including the obese or people with heart problems.

However in our view many precautions should be taken and the first one is to make is to visit a doctor and find out if your condition permits.
