Since a long time people wear too much clothes and straps on workout with the purpose to raise the fat burning.
However this theory is wrong. The excess of clothes raises the body temperature, which, not only dehydrates, but also can cause hypothermia and smaller results in physical performance.
During summer it is recommended to wear soft clothes and workout in cooler hours so the body temperature doesn’t raise too much.
During winter, it makes more sense to wear warmer clothes, however always breathable and thermal.
The secret for losing weight is simply less intake of calories and more fat burning during workout.
