Small Groups, as the name implies, are small groups of people who get together to workout.

At Personal Trainers, the Small Groups training consist on outdoor activities, where you will have plenty of room to practise while getting in touch with nature.

Bodybuilding is not for you?
Circuit training is our method, which means all exercises are executed with your body weight by stations and with the help of some functional equipments (such as trx, medicinal balls, jump rope, dumbells).
Exercising in group will help you achieve your goals much faster, whether they are weight loss, body toning, boosting your endurance or flexibility: every training element is taken in consideration.
